Manual Match: Pair the earbuds first, secondly connect with the mobile phone.
1. Turn off the two earbuds (the earbuds can be turned off by holding the Multi-function button 5s on the earbud until the LED flashes green)
2. Hold the Multi-function button on the both earbuds, the LED will flashes green with white, don’t release them until there is no LED light. (it means the two earbues paired well)
3. Pairing with a smartphone- Place the earbuds in the charging case and take out from the charging box, then it will pair with the phone well or manually turn on the two earbues at the same time.

Automatically Match:
1. Two earbuds – Take out from the earbuds from the charging case at the same time, after that, you can search the earbuds on your phone.(please note that if it is single earphone mode, you need to pair the two earbuds firstly by manual match)
2. Single Earbud – If you want to use only one earbud (L/R earbud), you only need to take out one earbud to use from the charging case.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Avni Mall (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
