Check the voltage of power supply before installation, and make sure the power supply is off. Please format the TF card when using this product for the first time.

Power on when the indicator light is on, indicating that the camera is power-on.

Waiting for about 30 seconds, the device will have a sound prompt”DingDing” ,and the status light flashes quickly. then you can configure the camera with reference to [Intelligent addition] [Hot spot connection];

If there is no “DingDing” sound prompts, and the status light flashing slowly , then please long press “Reset” key for 5 seconds, and wait for the device to send out the voice prompt and the status light to flash quickly, then to configure it.

Question 1: Do I have to pay for the cloud storage service?

A: 2 optional for recording. SD card and cloud. For 2MP ip Camera, recording one day: 2G, Max support 128G SD card.

Question 2: The ip camera should be always connected to the same wifi network?

A: As long as the ip camera is online, you can remote view the camera with wifi or phone 4G network, without distance limited

Question 3 :Why I can't connect the ip camera to WIFI?

A: Please make sure the first time connect your phone and camera on the same network system. If still hard to connect we have a tech team to support you.

Question 4: Does this ip camera support night vision?

A: Yes, when the ip camera IR sensor detects dark light, the IR LED will turn on and switch to night vision model.

Question 5: Can i hear the Sound when watch the video ?
