If your size is way off the standard size chart, please refer to below information and send me your exact measurements.We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional with your under wear on before buying any gown online. Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully.
1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color
of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
5. There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
6. The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories,please kindly contact us when you place the order.

A. Quality Issues
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
2. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
B. Size Issues
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1″ in either direction of specified measurements.
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered,one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount,equal to 50% of the dress original cost.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days.In this case, we are responsible for all shipping costs.
3. Customers can also return a dress with measurement errors, and will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?
A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 7business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dresss product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dresss color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitors display settings.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
